Lisa is an accomplished senior HR professional with 30 years’ experience across the public, private and third sectors with expertise in delivering results at both strategic and operational levels.
Lisa previously held the spotlight in HR for many years by heading up the CIPD (the UK’s HR professional body) on HR and Organisational Development activities. She is a natural trouble shooter and relationship builder and now works with a diverse range of employers to support their people and HR needs.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including employee relations, employment law, wellbeing and developing processes for improved ways of working. Lisa is a coach to leaders and managers, accredited in a range of psychometric assessments and has a very calm and pragmatic approach.

Rosemary is an experienced specialist in workplace mediation in the private, public and not for profit sectors. Her calm and empathic approach has helped many employers and employees manage and resolve challenging conflict situations.

Brad has a calm and professional approach and has facilitated team development workshops and coached leaders in attaining higher levels of personal resilience, self-differentiation, and leadership effectiveness. He is passionate about helping people and organisations to achieve transformational growth.

Lynwen Plowman

Lynwen has over 30 years’ experience working in a senior capacity within HR and is a qualified employment lawyer and Chartered Fellow of CIPD. Lynwen is both knowledgeable and pragmatic in her approach, with a wealth of hands-on experience of the reality and complexities of managing people. Her passion, and expertise, is bringing sound, practical and commercial solutions to HR matters ensuring the needs of the employer and, wherever possible, the employee are met.
David Plowman

David’s particular expertise lie in the areas of logistical planning, procedural management, employment law and generalist HR solutions. His focus and many years of experience come through instigating change that has led to improved profitability, quality of service and staff retention. He is CIPD qualified and an accredited Belbin consultant and qualified life coach. David uses his commercial skills and experience to provide practical solutions to challenging employment situations.
